The costume comes with a top, mini skirt and headpiece to get you the look you’re going for. The short sleeved top comes with a deep v-neck collar in a red knit fabric with black polka dots. The cuffs of the flared sleeves as well as the neckline are both trimmed in a black ruffle material that complements the polka dots.
